Repair and scrapping standard of hooks

1、 If there are defects on the hook, do not weld it.

2. Hook Scrapping Criteria

If the hook has any of the following conditions, it must be scrapped.

(1) The opening of the hook must be scrapped if the opening exceeds 15% of the nominal size.

(2) The hook is twisted and deformed, if the deformation is more than 10 degrees, it must be scrapped.

(3) If the hook base of the hook is worn out and the wear exceeds 10% of the project size, it must be scrapped.

(4) Plastic deformation of the neck of the hook or plastic deformation of the dangerous section must be scrapped.

(5) Cracks or splits on the surface of the hook must be scrapped.
