(1) Each crane must be labeled with the rated lifting capacity in a conspicuous place. (2) During the work, no one is allowed on the bridge or transporting people with the hook. (3) No operating license and alcohol are not allowed to drive the crane. (4) The operation must be mentally concentrated, no talking, smoking or doing irrelevant things. (5) The car should be clean; no equipment, tools, flammable, explosive and dangerous goods. (6) Cranes are not allowed to use overload.

(7) the following conditions are not allowed to lift: not securely tied; machine overload; signal is not clear; diagonal pull; buried or frozen in the ground objects; lifted objects on people; no safety measures for flammable, explosive and dangerous goods; overfilled with liquid items; wire rope does not meet the safety requirements; lifting mechanism has a fault.

(8) crane running on the line without obstacles, the hook or spreader and the bottom of the lifting object, must be more than 2m from the ground. If over the obstacle, must exceed the obstacle 0.5m high.

(9)For lifting objects less than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, two organizations are allowed to operate simultaneously; for lifting objects larger than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, only one organization is allowed to operate.

(10) With the main and secondary hooks of the bridge crane, do not raise or lower the main and secondary hooks at the same time (special exceptions).

(11) Do not weld or hammer on the lifted object or work under the object (supported, if possible).

(12) Must be in the power outage, and in the electric door hanging on the sign of the power outage, before doing inspection or maintenance work. If you must work with electricity, there must be safety measures to protect, and have a person in charge.

(13) Do not throw things down from the car.

(14) Limit switches and interlocking protective devices, to be checked frequently.

(15) Not allowed to touch the limit switch as a way to stop.

(16) It is not permitted to lift heavy objects when there is a problem with the lift brake.

(17) The lifted object is not allowed to run over people or equipment.

(18)When welding to a part of the crane, the ground wire should be specially set up, and it is not allowed to use the body as the ground wire.

(19)When the hook is in the lower limit position, there must be more than two loops of safety rope loop retained on the reel.

(20)Cranes are not allowed to collide with each other, not to mention the use of one crane to push another crane to work.

(21)When lifting heavier objects, liquid metals, explosive and dangerous goods, the crane must first be slowly lifted 100~200mm off the ground to test the reliability of the brake.

(22) The voltage of the lighting for repair and inspection must be below 36V.

(23) All electrical equipment shells of overhead cranes should be grounded. If the trolley track is not welded on the main beam, measures should be taken to weld the ground wire. The grounding wire can be galvanized flat iron with cross-sectional area greater than 75mm2 or 10mm2 bare copper wire or galvanized round steel greater than 30mm2. There should be more than two grounding locations in the driver's cab or crane body. The grounding resistance between any point on the crane and the neutral point of the power supply should be less than 4Ω.

(24) To do regular safety and technical inspections, and do a good job of pre-inspection and pre-maintenance work.
